General Office Areas

• Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors
• Empty and clean waste receptacles, replace plastic liners
• Remove waste material to building trash bin
• Clean glass furniture tops
• Disinfect and wash water fountains and water coolers
• Dust equipment, file cabinets, bookcases, shelves, and fixtures
• Dust baseboards with a damp cloth
• Vacuum or brush upholstered furniture
• High dust lighting and ventilating ducts (Max. ht 10 ft.)
• Dust window blinds

Restrooms

• Wash floors with germicidal disinfectant, remove spots and stains
• Wash and polish mirrors and bright work
• Wash and wipe dry plumbing fixtures
• Wash and disinfect toilet seats on both sides
• Scour, wash, and disinfect basins, bowls, and urinals
• Empty paper towel trash receptacles, replace liners
• Fill soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet tissue, and seat cover tissue
• Clean and wash receptacles and dispensers
• Remove fingerprints and spots from walls
• Remove unauthorized marks and writing from walls, partitions, etc.
• Report maintenance problems to the building manager

Janitorial Closets

• Remove trash from the area
• Maintain an orderly arrangement of janitorial supplies and paper products
• Organize equipment such as mops, buckets, brooms, vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, etc.
• Clean and disinfect service sinks
• Sweep and damp mop floors, deodorize, and disinfect as required
• High dust exposed pipes, ducts, ventilating diffusers, and grilles

Parking Area and Exterior Surroundings

• Pick up trash and debris
• Clean the dumpster area
• Walk the property and ensure everything is in order
• Perform all other assigned duties
